खटीमा एसडीएम ने खनन वाहनों पर आखिर क्यों कसा शिकंजा?

दी टॉप टैन न्यूज़(खटीमा)- खटीमा तहसील क्षेत्र में लंबे समय से बिना व्यवसायिक रजिस्ट्रेशन वाहनों पर मिट्टी खनन का कार्य कर रहे लोगो पर प्रशासन ने शिकंजा कसना शुरू कर दिया है।एसडीएम खटीमा निर्मला बिष्ट ने खनन कार्य मे लगे ऐसे वाहनों पर जिनका व्यवसायिक रजिस्ट्रेशन नही है उन्हें मिट्टी खनन की परमिशन देने पर रोक लगा दी है।

 एसडीएम निर्मला बिष्ट ने खटीमा तहसील क्षेत्र में खनन कार्यो में कार्य करने वाले वाहनों की तहसील में परिसर में परेड करा उनके कागजात चेक करने का भी अभियान चलाया हुआ है। ताकि तहसील प्रशासन द्वारा परिवहन नियमो को पूर्ण करने वाले वाहनों को ही मिट्टी खनन की परमिशन दी जा सके।
वही एसडीएम का अपने इस अभियान के बारे में कहना है कि उन्हें लंबे समय से शिकायत मिल रही थी कि तहसील क्षेत्र में बिना किसी वेध कागजातों के खनन वाहनो द्वारा मिट्टी ढोने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।इसलिए उनके द्वारा सड़क सुरक्षा को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए परिवहन नियमो को पूर्ण करने वाले वाहनों को ही तहसील से खनन की परमिशन जारी किए जाने के आदेश जारी किए गये है।ताकि तहसील क्षेत्र में नियम पूर्ण करने वाले वाहन ही खनन व खनन सामग्री ढोने का कार्य कर सके।
