उत्तराखण्ड के हजारों विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षकों को ब्रिज कोर्स से राहत दिलाने सफल रहे बलूनी

देहरादून– उत्तराखण्ड में विशिष्ट बीटीसी मान्यता प्रकरण जंहा लम्बे समय से लंबित चल रहा है। वही अब राज्य सभा मे   नेशनल काउंसिल फ़ॉर टीचर्स एजुजेशन अमेंडमेंट बिल पास होने से उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के सोलह हजार से अधिक विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षकों को राहत मिली है।अब पुराने विशिष्ट बीटीसी कोर्स करने वाले हजारों शिक्षकों को बेक डेट पर मान्यता मिल पाएगी।

गौरतलब है कि केंद्र सरकार ने स्पष्ट आदेश किये थे कि जो विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षक 31 मार्च 2019 से पहले दो वर्षीय ब्रिज कोर्स नही करेंगे उन्हें नोकरी से हटा दिया जाएगा। इस आदेश के बाद प्रदेश के हजारों विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षकों को अपने भविष्य को लेकर चिंता थी। इस विषय पर राहत को लेकर उत्तराखण्ड के प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ व शिक्षकों ने राज्य सभा सांसद अनिल बलूनी से गुहार लगाई थी। जिसके बाद अनिल बलूनी द्वारा शिक्षकों के प्रतिनिधि मण्डल को देश के मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर से मुलाकात करा नियम से राहत दिलाने का अनुरोध किया था।साथ मंत्री जावड़ेकर ने भी शीत कालीन सत्र में राज्यसभा में बिल लाने का शिक्षकों को आश्वासन दिया था। तभी से बलूनी लगातार शिक्षकों को राहत दिलाने को लेकर केंद्र में प्रयास रत थे। आखिरकार राज्यसभा में  नेशनल काउंसिल फ़ॉर टीचर्स एजुजेशन अमेंडमेंट बिल पास होने के साथ ही प्रदेश के हजारों विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षकों को राहत मिली है।

उत्तराखण्ड में 2001 से 2016 तक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा राज्य के 16608 शिक्षकों को डायट से विशिष्ट बीटीसी कोर्स करवाया था। इस कोर्स के बाद ही हजारों शिक्षकों को  सरकारी स्कूलों में नियुक्ति दी गई थी। लेकिन ढाई वर्ष पहले एनसीटीई ने इन शिक्षकों के कोर्स को मान्यता से इनकार कर दिया था। साथ ही सभी शिक्षकों को 31 मार्च 2019 तक ब्रिज कोर्स ना करने पर नोकरी से निकाले जाने का फरमान सुना दिया गया था। लेकिन आखिरकार राज्य सभा मे बिल पास होने के साथ ही प्रदेश के हजारों शिक्षकों को राहत मिली है। वही शिक्षकों को राहत दिलवाने के लिए प्रयासरत राज्य सभा सांसद अनिल बलूनी ने  नेशनल काउंसिल फ़ॉर टीचर्स एजुजेशन अमेंडमेंट बिल के राज्य सभा मे पास होने पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी विभागीय मंत्री जावड़ेकर व समस्त राज्य सभा सांसदों का आभार व्यक्त किया है। वही बलूनी के प्रयासों के फलस्वरूप बिल पास होने से विशिष्ट बीटीसी शिक्षकों को राहत मिलने पर खुसी जाहिर करते हुए राज्य प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ ने भी सांसद अनिल बलूनी का आभार व्यक्त किया है।
