डर के साये में कहां बैठे है आयकर विभाग के कर्मचारी

टॉप टेन न्यूज़(खटीमा)– सीमान्त खटीमा में एक ऐसे विभागीय भृष्टाचार का मामला सामने आया है जिसके चलते आयकर विभाग जैसे रौब दार विभाग के कर्मचारी भी डर के साये में काम करने को मजबूर हो गए है।अब आप सोच रहे होंगे कि आखिर वो कौन सा मामला है जिसने एक सरकारी विभाग के कर्मचारियों को डर के साये में नोकरी करने को मजबूर कर दिया है।

तो हम आपको इस मामले से रूबरू कराते है। इस पूरे प्रकरण के अनुसार तीन दिन पहले मंडी समिति खटीमा के  परिसर में किराए पर चल रहे आयकर विभाग के भवन की रूफ सीलिंग अचानक नीचे गिर कर लटक गई।इस दौरान विधुत तार व वायरिंग भी छत के साथ ही नीचे आ गई। जिस हॉल में यह वाक्या हुआ उसके नीचे आयकर विभाग के लगभग आधा दर्जन कर्मचारी बैठ कर अपनी ड्यूटी करते है।सबसे बड़ी बात इस मामले में यह है कि कुछ महीनों पहले है मंडी समिति खटीमा द्वारा आयकर भवन का लगभग 66 लाख रुपये की लागत से नवीनीकरण किया गया है। इसकी एवज में मंडी समिति द्वारा आयकर विभाग के भवन के किराए में भी बढ़ोतरी की थी। लेकिन इस सबके बावजूद विभाग के इस भवन की रूफ सीलिंग कुछ महीनों बाद ही नीचे गिर कर लटक गई है। जिससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि इस कार्य मे एक ओर जंहा निर्माण कार्य को गुणवत्ता विहीन कराए जाने की एवज में जमकर भृष्टाचार बरता गया है। जिसके चलते अब आयकर विभाग के कर्मचारी इस टूटी छत के नीचे कार्य करने को मजबूर है।

हालांकि इस पूरे मामले में गनीमत यह रहीं की यह घटना जंहा रात को हुई।जिसके चलते कोई भी विभागीय कर्मचारी चोटिल होने से बच गया। वही आयकर विभाग कार्यालय खटीमा के अधिकारी राजेन्द्र सिंह ने इस मामले में बताया कि आयकर कार्यालय की रूफ सीलिंग गिरने के बाद जंहा अभी भी कर्मचारी उस छत के  नीचे कार्य कर रहे है। वही डर के साये में कार्य कर रहे इन कर्मचारियों को कभी भी नुकसान पहुँच सकता है।जबकि इस घटना के बारे मे मंडी समिति के सचिव को शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए विभागीय पत्र भेज दिया गया है।लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी तीन दिन गुजर जाने के बाद अभी तक मंडी सचिव ने इस मामले का संज्ञान नही लिया है।जबकि डर के साये में आयकर  विभाग के कर्मचारी अभी भी लटकी हुई छत के नीचे कार्य कर रहे है।
